Subscriptions must be purchased by a parent or family member aged 18 or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription and Billing
a. Subscription PlansWe offer monthly and prepaid subscription plans. Details, including pricing, are available at the time of purchase.
b. Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
Prepaid plans are billed upfront.c. Price Changes. We may adjust pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship via standard postal services within Canada (and other regions if applicable).Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service performance.We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances beyond our control.Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete mailing information.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of printed and mailed materials:All sales are generally final.Refunds are not provided for items already shipped.However, if you experience an issue (e.g., damaged or missing mail), please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
